Foqal now offers a native integration with ServiceNow that syncs Slack‑initiated tickets and requests with ServiceNow and reflects status updates back in Slack, enabling IT and operations teams to capture, track, and resolve Slack‑originated requests within their existing ServiceNow workflow without replacing either platform.
Foqal today announced a native integration with ServiceNow, enabling IT and operations teams to connect Slack-based request management with their existing ServiceNow environment without replacing either platform.
The integration creates a bi-directional connection between the two systems — tickets and requests initiated in Slack through Foqal can be synced to ServiceNow, while activity and status updates in ServiceNow are reflected back in Foqal. Teams that have standardized on ServiceNow as their system of record can continue doing so while extending their Slack workflows to capture, route, and resolve requests that would otherwise live outside the ticketing system entirely.
For organizations with established ServiceNow deployments, the integration addresses one of the most common gaps in enterprise IT operations: requests that originate in Slack get handled informally and never make it into ServiceNow, creating visibility and compliance gaps. The Foqal integration ensures those requests are captured, tracked, and resolved with a full audit trail — without requiring employees to change how they ask for help.
The Foqal ServiceNow integration is available now for customers on eligible plans. Setup documentation is available through the Foqal Support Center.
