Our Story
Foqal was founded in 2018 by a team of engineers who spent years building security infrastructure and collaboration tools at companies like LinkedIn. We saw firsthand how operations teams were stuck juggling support requests across scattered Slack channels and email threads while traditional ticketing systems sat unused.
We knew there had to be a better way. What if support could happen where employees already work? What if we could combine the intimacy of chat-based communication with the structure and automation of a proper helpdesk? What if AI could handle routine requests so teams could focus on the complex problems that actually need human expertise?
That vision became Foqal. After exploring different approaches, we found our product-market fit helping IT, HR, and operations teams deliver support directly in Slack and Teams. Today, we're proud to serve some amazing customers, and dozens of fast-growing teams who are transforming their internal operations with AI-powered support that meets employees where they already work.
