With Slite, teams document decisions, processes, and product insights in a clean, collaborative workspace. By linking it to Foqal, those insights become instantly discoverable — powering AI-driven answers, faster support resolutions, and smarter deflection for your customers and agents alike.
Once connected, Foqal can index all your Slite notes, including rich text and embedded media, and make that information searchable through both the Knowledge Deflection and Answer Provider features. You can also query Slite directly from within a Foqal workflow: ask a natural-language question like “What’s our refund policy?” or “How do I reset the staging database?” — and Foqal will use Slite’s built-in /ask endpoint to return the most relevant answer, complete with context and source links.
