Microsoft Teams Beta Release

So many of you have been asking and its finally time - Microsoft Teams time! After weeks and months of work of collecting requirements, talking to customers and prospects, and building, we are ready to launch our integration with Microsoft Teams into Beta. If you are interested in trying it out with us, please let us know and we will be happy to get you access.

What this integration allows you to do is support your customers from Microsoft Teams without having to actually log into Microsoft Teams. Any message your clients sends to the bot or in a Teams channel will automatically create a ticket in your ticketing system - whether its in Foqal or a 3rd party one such as Zendesk or Intercom. You can even route your Microsoft Teams requests into your Foqal interface in Slack! When you respond in your ticketing system, the message is automatically sent back to the related thread in Microsoft Teams.

With this integration, you can make sure you are never missing a single message from a customer, your customer feels better knowing you are right there to help, you get all the tools you need from a modern ticketing system, and you get all the reports you need to really understand your customers and team.
